Hello, celebrated Yq's birthday at FishnCo today. (Val&me 's fav place) Camwhore alot alot alot. That was totally fun! We had lots of jokes, gossips (not alot) and chats going around. It seems as if we haven't met for years. Lol.

Fuckup customer

Hello :]

Yeah, after one week of work, nothing happened. Finally, yesterday, I met this fuck up customer. While I was serving food to others, she called upon me and mumbled some -idunnowadthefucksheistalking- words and I replied her,"I'll get back to you later. *Smile*" After which, since it's friday, Pastamania is really crowded. I get back to her after around 5mins.

She asked,"Where's my tuna and bacon take away?"
Me: "Huh? Uhh, sorry if you want to order, you got to order at the counter."
She:"What?! Then why didn't you say earlier? You made me wait for nothing !!" (With a super bad attitude.)

Later, she complained to my manager, Katie. Katie came back to me and asked me to ignore her since she's venting anger on Katie too. And obviously Katie was pissed.

Around 10plus, there's another group of customers came in. They asked for the manager too. (I dunno what happen) Later then I found out that they complained about the slow service and bad quality of food that pastamania served.

Customer: "I ordered the pasta at 10:20pm and the food is served at 10:40pm."
(I've no idea how Katie reply.)
Customer: "I ordered Creamy Chicken Pasta but it doesn't seems creamy to me."
Fuck.
Then she wrote feedback to us.

Well, such demanding customers are common nowadays. Zzz

That's totally awesome, Ngee Ann won Dunman High this year! That's like our dream. But well, our juniors helped us this time :D

LOL. I kept complaining to yq why she nvr buy for me a flower ): So the whole valentines passed without a rose.

Went to work at 6pm. As usual, the crowd is like never ending. So later on, Apizz came suddenly and gave me a rose! Gosh, I was enlighten and definitely happy :] He gave another one to Katie too. (Haha, yay got a rose.)

Work till 11pm. Was totally dead. I managed to squeeze in 3 slices of pizza and threw away the 5 remaining ones. No appetite at all.

Hello people. I finally found a time to update on my life! Yes, it's all abt work again. Pastamania. Actually working in the afternoon shift is not so tiring compared to night shift because dinner time is really crowded and messy. At least I still can fool around with some of my collegues :X

Sunday is my break time and Monday, I'm so going down to loyang sec to support NgeeAnn. Hey! At least go there and encourage them hor. I'm such a great senior x)

I actually told Pamela (Schedule Manager) that I'm free on everyday next week! Only Sunday off ): Boo. Okay I'm not going to be so stupid on the next time. :D

** Did anyone know I failed my appeal to Accounting&Finance? This is so sucker.

Pastamania

Work at Pastamania yesterday from 6pm-11pm. Time passes very slowly ytd. Although customers were like uncountable, still, time passes like -beyond description-. First time working at pastamania.. well, quite tiring and must memorise the pastas,pizzas,desserts. >< Gosh, that was challenging. SPA - Smile, Polite, Attentive. Being in the service industry isn't that easy afterall.

Working at Hilton Hotel

First time working, first time serving, first time got scolded.

Great experience though :]

Working at Hilton Hotel Singapore on Friday was good yet bad. How shall I put it? I like working there, with so many nice people there and definitely enjoy serving the guests. But I got scolded (not really scold just kept correcting me) by 2-3 supervisors and managers. Well, I'm new they surely have to correct me. There's one supervisor called Jon, from Philipines if I'm not wrong, called me Jen. LOL because he can't pronounce my name. He knew I'm new and he kept training me! He asked me to do many things that others didn't do. Decorating the reception table with pink rose petals, serving cocktails, ushering the guests into the ballroom, serving drinks, placing dirty dishes back to the washing points. Although I did not serve the food because I dunno how to divide into portions, he asked me to serve the last dish! )): The whole thing ended at 11.30pm sharp and we rushed off to change etc trying to catch the last MRT. Missed it.

"Papa, come here now!" Okay off I go :]

Btw, the dishwasher people are all from china and they asked me if I'm from china. They though that I was from China. Ohgosh, I admit I'm fair .. lol

Yeah, I'm not very sure if I should continue working at Hilton because it's too stressful for me. Will discuss it with Sylvia :]

Anyway, I just came back from Malaysia! Went grandma house yesterday, continue to eat those cny goodies. Played cards, mahjongs. (No luck! Lose alot $$)

Job Hunting

Hey, finally found one job.. eh no two jobs :] Both recommended by Sylvia ! One is at Pastamania (Tamp branch), another at Hilton Hotel (Orchard).

Went BukitMerah with Sylvia early in the morning to collect our uniforms and then went for a jab. Later on I'm super tired and wanted to go home. On our way back, Sylvia received a call from laybing and we went orchard to look for some agency guy ..

Went in to Hilton Hotel Singapore, self-introduced infront of 20 over ppl. Trapped in lift for about a few minutes. Jumped down to basement one. Cool, nice experience. Sweat like mad x)

Looking for jobs

Have been looking for jobs yesterday and the day before. Hopefully will be able to get one so kill away my boredom. Most of my friends reported to school yesterday and my msn contact list - those online- were almost less than two or three.

Hope that my appeal to accounting and finance is successful yeah? I don't believe Imma suay kia :]

Anyway, I'm back to the CNY mood.
During 初二，we went back to Malaysia and definitely had lots of fun. Hehehehe :3
Especially during the Lion Dance,that my uncle invited, the atmosphere was really high. Plus the sound of the fire cracker :] (Fyi, we do have fire crackers in msia.)

After getting advice from many ppl, I've decided to appeal for AnF (accounting and finance) at TP. Although I may not get in but at least I want to try get in some course that I'm more interested in.

Went East Point's startbucks with Val for the chatting session. I've not seen her since the class chalet. Well, most of my classmates are going either MJ,TJ or TPJ. Minority going poly. However, someone cheered me up a little just now.
Maybe I shall not say it here in case I offended the JC students x)

Yes! My dress finally reached the owner's hand.So I'm getting that later at 5.30pm, Chinese Garden Mrt. (So far!)

I didn't get the dress I wanted at Bugis ytd because I don't think it's worth it. Bought one shirt at Bugis instead and another one at Cotton On. Movie is nice because Louis Koo is super hot! :]

4R2 Class Chalet 09

It's 1:05AM now.

Surprisingly, I'm still awake now because my nickname is called"EarlyBird". I usually sleep at around 10pm-11pm and wake up not later than 9.30am.

However for today (and maybe yesterday), I can still blog now because I'm such a nice and sweet sister :] My elder sister and brother are rushing their projects and did not have much sleep for the past few days. Afraid that my sister might be bored, I stayed up with her (although doing my own stuff). At least I would chat with her once in awhile.

The truth is that I'm not sleepy at all because I drank a cup of coffee at YaKun's Toast just now, around 6pm. That's also the cause of me getting 2 ulcers in my throat. It hurts, I could not swallow my saliva normally because it's painfulwhen I do that. How sad.

Anyway, finally my dear YingQi uploaded the chalet photos (because I kept pestering her) and I can post them on my blog!

Chinese new year is like a few days away and I have not receive my dress that I've ordered online. This is bad. Speaking about CNY, I am so going to create atmosphere this year and be a happy chap before my school term starts :]
