2011 has been a toturing and tough year for me, sometimes I even wonder if I would survive this year. Well, as it is seems I have managed to pull through living a life without my father. Yes, without. How tough can it be? Some might be wondering ...

On the 3rd of April 2011, he left us on 7.00am smiling happily. He must be so glad to be somewhere he'll liked to go to. Nobody knows where it is and how it looks like, but I'm sure he will NEVER forget us. He sure is a great father anyone would love to have.

There are definitely regrets in my whole life - for not treating him better, not listening to him, not sharing his burdens, being a wilful kid and disappoint him at times. How I wish I can at least say 'sorry' to him.

Finally, this year has dragged to an end. There're still so many years to live on, and still counting. Will life be more interesting? or more strenuous?

I would like myself to find some space and time to figure what I actually want to do/be in the future. I see no point moving one step at a time. By then, I hope I've become more confident and pursue for whatever I'll want to do.

Still, 2011 still feel 'exist' to me because of the lovely friends around me. They never fail to make me feel warmth and loved.

So what are my 2012 wishes?

Take good care of my family
Earn and save lots of money
Get into a good local university
Discover my passion & future
Stay healthy and fit
My skin condition to be better

There are still more but I can't think of any at this moment ...

Appearing to be strong on the surface, telling everyone "I'M ALRIGHT :D". Faking to smile all day. Behaving like I don't mind everyone's action. It was tough. Really, I feel like I'm suffocating and I have enough. From now on, I have decided to close the door in my heart. Please ... don't put me on the spot, by helping me to stay away from me. I would want to be alone. Teardrops will never dry up and I don't wish to spread them to you.

I will always remember how he left us, the scene that will retain in my memory for years. He did not bid us farewell, just saying "they're here". He smiled and grabbed our hands & lost his conscious minutes later. The months & days that we have been rushing through & fro from home to hosp. The kind of strength & determination that I can't believe I actually had because all I think of was wanting to accompany him till he recovers, which is otherwise. The times when he was in hosp & keep asking us if we were afraid, and giving us the look that he was at his wits end. When we were doing nothing but crying for help as his heart beat was hike up to 180bpm (a normal human heart rate is around 70bpm) As well as the last image of him when he was lying at the coffin. All these were bad yet only memories left with him.

FUCK.

The second week of work is starting to get a little bored because I've learnt most of the things in the first week. Most of the time I would be reading newspaper or answering phone calls. Around 10 more weeks to go!

If only I lived an ordinary life like them ...

Happy Birthday to my beloved Daddy!

It happened so fast that we didn't cherish the last moments together...

I shall give a brief update on my internship.

Working at City Development Ltd is great! I was posted to the Sales/Marketing Dept and to be more precise, I'm working under the sales division. In the beginning, I was rather upset about my job scope because it requires me to travel from place to place, to different show flats. I thought I would be stationed at the HQ office doing some admin job. However, after three days of working, I totally love my job! I was able to see a greater picture of the whole company and pushing sales was unexpectedly fun! I was also able to visit to high-end condominiums (my daddy ♥ condos, so I'm aiming to buy condo in the future!) such as One Shenton & Cliveden. My supervisors and colleagues are also very nice and friendly to me. I believe my dad has been blessing and watching over me. I hope to continue such positive experience and attitude in work. Fighting! :)

Exam results are out today! I received the TP message at 11.11am SHARP (good sign?)

Yes, I'm posted to City Developments Ltd ! In the beginning when I knew about this company, I was fretting over what kind of company is this because it seems to be some construction company. It is located in town- Raffles Place, which means that I need not travel for long hours to work everyday! The pay is rather low maybe due to the current economy but the worst thing is that I'll be having my internship ALONE. There isn't any other tp interns going to work with me .... :( So I guess I'll be some lonely shit there, working and eating alone? Regardless, I'll try to stay positive & make friends there. (hope daddy blessed me with good & nice colleagues!)

I Google-d and search for some info about this company. It is actually a real estate development organisation, as well as hotel ownership and management and facilities management. It has a long history, starting since 1963. So below is the organisation chart of CDL:

Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to SIP or rather, feeling nervous>excited. 3 months of SIP isn't long but still around a quarter of year. Let's hope everyone enjoys their attachment and do their best!

There's another Volkswagen showroom again yesterday. But it was so much different from the first one that I've worked at. In terms of ... the crowd. Yesterday was (how should I put it) tiring not because of overworked but tired of waiting for the time to pass! The showroom was considered a failure (to me) because there's a lack of advertising and promoting on launching the new car. They insist that it was because of the poor economy and the car is too expensive. But anyway despite the pathetic number of visitors, we still carry out our task well! Besides the fact that we kept eating the snacks that are intended for the customers hehe ^^

I shall update about what has happened for my past few days..

Exams officially ended on 2nd Sept, Friday. The last paper (event management) was a killer to me. I wasn't really prepared for such tough paper. Well, only myself to be blamed. But the Managerial Accounting paper was a breeze! Everyone could do it without cracking their brains.. so I guess there'll be moderation? Shall not set too high hopes for myself.

After our last paper, we finally decided to go for our long awaited YUM CHA BUFFET. We have been talking about it for so long (around proj period?) and food has been our top priority topic! And yes, we waited and waited and waited till 3pm before we start our scrumptious feast. The dim sum there were absolutely delectable. We never fail to enjoy our every bite with some exceptions. I guess my favourites were xiaolongbao, pan-fried dumplings, egg tarts, chives dumplings and carrot cake. You should try them if you're there and you're a chives-lover! And of course we ordered more than what we could eat cus it's a buffet!! Thus, we started playing the guessing the password? (zhongjimima) I lost twice and have to gorge down additional egg tart & mango prawn fritters :(

So basically I've started my one week plus break before the start of my SIP. I still yet to receive any phone calls for interview. WHY. I really hope I got into some good company with higher pay & friendly colleagues & good boss & near to my house & ... PLEASE!

Anyway recently I've been going out so often and spent too much. So I guess I'll save my earnings from SIP to pay for my own expenses and necessities like my bus fare. No more shopping I hope.

My life journey goes on ...

It has been 5 months since I have met her because she went China for her OSIP. Finally got to see her on last Tuesday (national day) and I was so excited yet nervous! I don't know why is that so, perhaps it has been too long and I think she felt the same too! Although we've been sending emails to each other, the feeling was really ... nostalgic. Like there are so many things I wanted to say but the first thing I did when I saw her is of course, give her a BIG HUG!

We had Astons that day, but the food really sucked :( I wanted to order their grilled fish but they say it was oos. So I tried the Hickery BBQ chicken. I wonder if it is too crowded that day or is it that outlet's problem, the chicken really tasted uncooked/solid/ inedible. Plus, I didn't have much appetite so I ate reallllly slowly that time. Nevertheless, the baked potato and pasta salad were awesome(Y)

Sylvia bought gifts from China! She still remembers my craze over Doraemon and yes, I still do like it. It is really adorable! She also commented on my old-fashion comb and I was like "Huh? Okay what!" Then I realised that was because she wanted to improve the impression of the comb that she's giving me later on. *Scheming girl* But well, I do prefer my new comb now. Thanks loads love!

Any idea what I did today? Right, I baked cookies! It has been ages since I baked (although most of the time failed attempt), but this time round, it is a huge success and bet you'll never expect it! Kekeke.. of course, there is a secret behind this success ! And guess what, I used less than an hour to do it. Feeling so accomplished & proud I must say :)

So this my baking process :

Mix the cocoa powder + flour + chocolate chunks, followed by eggs & vegetable oil

Stir stir stir ... Mix mix mix & became like this! Looks kind of awesome right?

And of course, time to line them on baking tray!

Shapes are moulded personally by me, at least a pass right? :P

I was tired, really tired. I stood by his side all along, but things didn’t get much better. I would never ever expect him to leave us so soon, forever. Should I or should I not. B.I.T graduation night was what I’ve been anticipating for weeks, and was one thing I can escape from that cruel reality. If anyone is going to ask me if I regretted going, yes I regretted. There’s no way I can forgive myself for not staying by his side through the last lap of his journey.

Graduation Night ended with a blast, at least everything went smoothly and well, in fact it got me so happy for a moment that I didn’t realised there was a dying patient in need of my utmost care and accompaniment. We went for desserts after the night, should I kill myself?

Took a taxi back to SGH and something strucked me hard in the head. Maybe I was feeling lethargic, but nervousness took over my body and something tells me I need to rush back as soon as possible.

It was around 1.30 a.m. I reached the hospital. My heavy heart and wear-out body, I feel like I’m breaking down. I opened the door, to see dad on his bed with difficulties breathing. Everyone else were crying. I walked in slowly. “What happened?” was the first thing I asked. No one replied. Though he had been in this condition for quite awhile, everyone felt that today was rather abnormal. It seems as though I’ve used up my tears, I can’t cry anymore. The one thing that keep going in my mind was, “Why is he suffering so much? I wish I was the one suffering instead! Begging everything that creates miracle to help father!”.

Mum: 爸, 丰声来了

Father turned around, looked me in the eyes and seems like he knows I’m here. He nodded, with spasms from his breathing problem.

It’s because we’re so close, we always knew what each other was thinking. I know he had many things to say to me, but he can’t speak properly, not with his lungs that can’t even function well anymore.

For an hour or so, it’s as though we all know he’s leaving soon, which I’m still not taking it down. The whole family grabbed his hand bidding him farewell, telling him we will stay strong and most importantly is that we kept telling him everything’s going to be fine. It was around 2-3 that he was clearly not conscious anymore. He just kept making sounds and fidgeting.

It was after a long struggle that each of us decided to take a rest. My mum was already at her limits, after not sleeping for days, she needs to shut her eyes for a minute. My two sisters and I went out and took a quick nap. We all thought daddy should be fine because he’s been figeting for days while sleeping.

The nap was kinda good, I don’t know why, I knew I slept. I sensed someone touching me, it was my mum. She asked all of us to go back into the ward. I thought it was some emergency, again. This time round, my heart beat so fast, it’s going to jump out at any moment. We went in quietly.

Mum: He has passed away.

My mind went completely blank. He’s still breathing, but so weak it’s like the rhythm’s going stop anytime. We all knew, it’s useless to call the doctor. Then, everyone started crying. I couldn’t cry for a second. I just didn’t want to accept this fact, nothing (feelings or emotions) I can make out within that airspace of time. It’s like the World blackout. I paced slowly to his side, I touched his forehead like how I always do, I looked at this expressionless face, I said “Bye爸爸”. Tears started flowing out. My heart, tore into pieces.

He’s gone, really gone. The father raised me, took care of me and guided me is gone for eternity.

I'm feeling so stressed and unstable now because of many many occurrences. I know everyone has their own personal problems but I can't figure why of so many things, mine is the worst-ever issue. I rather to be troubled by not studying and prepared for test; having BGR troubles; upset with daddy & mommy for some childish reasons; quarrel with siblings & many other family matters you can name.

I still can't get used living without daddy.(you can say that time will cure, but I can tell you it DOESN'T)

It's like something is missing in your house and you want to find it but can't because it is gone forever.

It's like going for a family dinner but instead of requesting 'table for 5!', now we are sitting at table for 4.

It's like visiting the bank and instead of saying "I want to open an account", I have to say "I want to closed my dad's account"

It's like hearing moans and cries in toilet whenever one of us bathe.

It's like there is a knife piercing through my heart when I open daddy's wardrobe and saw his clothes.

Now, whenever I have 2 or 3hours break during school, I would rush back home and accompany my mom (she'll feels lonely) & lie to her that 'My friends all went home so I went home too lorh'. 24 hrs a day is too long for us because every minute and second, we will be missing him. And we will continue doing so until the day we die. Somtimes, or even now, I wonder if I end my life earlier, will I get to see him sooner? I feel pointless staying without him because everything has gone so wrong. We are struggling with our lives but who cares? Cus we don't have anyone to rely on, we always rely on daddy.

Daddy has always been the breadwinner of our family and he does everything himself. It was until when he's gone then I realised he has been under so much stress - bank loans, financial loans, expenses, charges. I didn't even know that we're in financial crisis and yet I still spend like nobody's business. I was also kept in dark about him suffering like hell when he knows about his cancer relapse. But what I can say is that my daddy is really a strong and responsible person that I've ever seen. Despite fighting his cancer for five years, he still remains cheerful just to keep us from worrying. During the days when he was in ICU, when he couldn't talk, he wrote to us instead. Because we kept crying, he even comfort us saying he'll be fine.

Why is life being so unfair to us..? What's the meaning of living when we don't feel any happiness in our future?

Bubble Bubble Bubble POP!

Projects + Presentations + Tests + Exams. Everything is so packed! And I'm kind of upset because I think we didn't do very well for our projects. We can do better, but we choose not too. None of us were really committed, and shirk responsibility if possible. I mean, although I know what to do for projects and criteria etc, that was because I attended lectures, listen in tutorials and analyse the project. Nobody is born smart. It's whether you want to put in effort or not. If you just simply say, "I don't know how to do it", you're telling me "You're don't want to do it"

Since poly year 1, I've been grouped with different team members and what I can say is that this semester is the best group I have so far. But I hope it can still be better if we did our own part, work together and pace with time. Let's be more responsible next semester. I apologise for my attitude if offended in any way.

NAPFA Test on Monday was bad because I only got silver. And the system recorded my results wrongly, so I FAILED . Okay, they edited my results alrdy cus I complaint to them! :P

From what I know, my results are ... Sit-up: 35, Standing Broad Jump: 169cm (THEY RECORD 69cm! Hello? My height is 165cm okay!) Incline Pull-up: 18, Shuttle Run: 11.5s, Sit & Reach: 44cm and finally 2.4km run: 16.11mins. Lousy results I know, but considering the fact that I didn't exercise for one year plus!

My diet planning hasn't been going well because I keep gorging down food and I didn't exercise. Mommy keeps buying snacks home and I couldn't resist. Because I'm not vegetarian already, I started craving for meat. Arghhh! And now, I'm going to post more FOOD photos which explains my weight-gain. Unacceptable!

Working at Volkswagen

Thanks to Priscilla, I got to work at Volkswagen showroom for a day. At least I get to earn some pocket money ^^ The experience was great though it was my first time working at such places. I don't really like to work F&B now (contradicting because I worked at Pastamania for around 2 years!) but this job wasn't so tiring like other work. I need not serve drinks to them but only clear those wine glasses, and also serve small portions of food in the VIP room. I didn't get to take photos of the food but they were really nice in terms of appearance and taste. And definitely get to know awesome colleagues there :)

Last weekend Brother booked out from camp and mommy brought us to 'JingLong Seafood Restaurant' nearby my house at Bedok. We ordered chilli crab which is so much better than the butter crab we ate at Malacca. The food is a little salty but overall still great. I remember the last time we celebrated Daddy's birthday was also at this restaurant, really brings back many memories..

I finally found time to update my blog. I just submitted my two individual assignments today, but I didn't do it wholeheartedly. I know I'll regret but well, what's done cannot be undone. Like I mentioned, the whole week is really hectic. Although my week ain't as screwed up like others - forgot school starts at what time; stayed up 24hrs rushing projects; totally no time for leisure moments. It was still quite stressful kay! Anyway you can visit to my Children's Museum blog that I did for Event Management, spent a lot of effort doing!

However, this week was also a good week for me too. Because 3 tests that we've received, I did unexpectedly well. I was really happy for myself but on the other hand, feeling so upset because how I wish I could convey this good news to daddy. I really miss him :'(

I dreamed of daddy last night: We (mom,sis & me) were on our way to Malaysia via SingLong Express Bus. Right after we passed the customs, we saw some familiar figure passed by. Sis & I turned back and saw my dad & mom. (I know there were 2 moms in my dream ... but dreams are always weird!) My dad looks really healthy and real, when he saw us, he asked: "Why are you girls here??" Without hesitation, I ran towards him and hugged him tightly. The end.

I feel sorrowful .

Everyone can choose their timing to anything they want but what matters to me is maintaining a healthy ~~lifestyle~~ routine. I don't follow healthy eating like 2-3 servings of fruits & vegetables a day etc. But I do make sure that what I eat are not too oily, salty & maybe too sweet. I drink KOI milk tea & black tea macchiato, but my sugar level will never exceed 50%. I sincerely hope that they really standardize their sugar-level measurements!

I have tried eating McDonald's or KFC about three times a week during my secondary school days. I can't help it since there were 2 mac and 1 kfc outlets near my school within (less than 5mins?) walking distance. And the food that I hate most was - fruits. It was regrettable that I didn't realise the consequences I'm paying during that period. Pimples, and pimples and more pimples broke out soon after I graduated from secondary school and slowly it became acne. Fighting acne alone is a chore, what's more is to fight my mental state. You can't help but stare at the girls in your class, envy with their flawless clear skin. You spent more than half of your allowances buying facial products, hoping it can treat your acne but well, most of the products are LIARS. You will never leave house unless you put on concealer and foundation or just wear a cap out so that no one recognise you. You hate hypocrite relatives that try to advice what you should do to cure the acne.

I started researching and viewing (youtube) tutorials on how to improve acnes when I came across this kind-pretty-gorgeous soul that releases many videos on skincare - what to eat, what to do, what to use. Most of the products were not expensive and DIY products such that we're able to do them ourselves! Really like to say a big THANK YOU to her for salvaging my face :) The most important point that I noted was that our face represents our health. If you have a healthy looking skin, it means that you're healthy. So I ate a lot of different kind of fruits, drank plenty of water and keep myself healthy!

Anyway, I read xiaxue's blog and was as usual being 'influenced' by influential opinion leaders on this product. (And I studied marketing!)

I bought Liese Iron Make Collection - Rich Straight

Because the straightener I bought couldn't last long and it does not produce very 'straight hair'. I was kind of disappointed because this straightener cost S$180. To my surprise, this heat spray really works. It made my hair last longer and feel straighter. And finally Briscillia realised I straightened my hair! Yayness. Good product & recommendation. *Thumbs up*

Finally after two weeks, my Tony Moly Gel eyeliner has arrived. Again, I bought Tony Moly because Song Joong Ki is the endorser and good reviews. The colour of the gel liner is Khaki Black because it is really special! Black eyeliner somehow makes my eyes look so fierce and harsh. I would want to avoid that.

I finally started my individual project today. (When I'm suppose to start on last Friday!) I've been dragging and slacking the whole weekend, doing useless things. I must buck up and move on, and most importantly stop procrastinating! ):

Brother went into army last friday and I missed him definitely. We went Pulau Tekong with him that day and toured around their military training base. That place seems to be nicer than my expectation, much better than chalets or camps. The food especially, was unexpectedly nice. Bro & me had a bet - within 2 weeks, who slim down more :o But it was not a fair bet as he would slim down because of those vigorous training while I'm at home munching and gobbling food & snacks. I have indeed gained weight rather than losing weight. This isn't right.

And I missed dear Sylvia too. She is the only one that can listen to my rants & troubles. We always have the same interests too. Hurry come back! We're only contacting each other through emails and because we're too busy, we only write once every week.

Let time flies faster please.

As mentioned, during the weekend before my mid-sem, I went to Malacca with family & mother's side relatives. It was not an awesome trip but still a great one, considering the fact that I've not went on holiday for a few years? Malacca has many old houses and shops, with many good food. There're always long queue for famous restaurants or shop stalls (durian chendol, nonya food, chicken rice ball, oyster egg & more) But I think their food standard is not consistent because when they have large orders, they'll lose their quality of food ): The best dish I ate was Butter Crab at Malacca and Asam Stingray at Muar. Certainly, I went shopping there but I literally bought nothing for myself. Except a bag and bracelet. The stuff were so expensive even if it is converted to Sing dollars. (I wonder how the Malaysians survived buying basic things at such inflated price) I hope my next trip would be better!

Today marks the last day of my Mid-Sem Test. I think I did moderately because I don't know whether my answers are right or wrong. I'll try to think positively, if it's possible. :) After the Managerial Accounting test today, I went for a shopping spree with class clique - Briscillia, Priscilla, ShirLyn & Clive. It was a short one but we had achieved our goal! (Pastamania, Koi, Buying things that we need) and of course, I need to save $$.

Finally the two weeks holidays have arrived. It ain't really holiday for us but well, at least I don't need to attend tutorials/lectures and can concentrate on doing projects. Hope our group will be efficient! Some photos during the trip :

I'm so stress up now, I need to eat & eat & eat .

Time passes really fast. (I seems to be saying that every time) For the past few weeks, I'm busy with my schoolwork & settling things down. Together with Bris, we visited two museums in Singapore, Peranakan Museum & National Museum of Singapore, and we felt that the two trips are fruitless. We aren't those that would appreciate the Peranakan culture neither would we felt excited for the programmes planned for the children. Photos will be uploaded after some time. Besides those monotonous individual assignment, I also have to mess around with group projects. Well, I understand doing projects are inevitable in polytechnics but I seriously hate projects!! ): Mid-Sem Tests are also arriving in one week's time. What's more is that I'll be travelling to Malacca during the weekends (for some stress-relieved trip) with family & mummy's side family. I hope I planned my schedule well and manage to finish studying before I set off. (And, what the hell am I doing now?)

I'm recently interested in cosmetics & facial-related field. Have been watching youtube videos/vlogs etc. At least there are something for me to do at home. Unlike my mum who burst into tears every minute whenever she saw my dad's photo. (Crying is contagious for me)

I wonder how long will it take for us to feel better; will there be a day when our family feel happiness? I doubt so. There's a scar in our heart no matter what.

I've decided to revive my blog because I find that keeping a blog can help to keep memories forever. (Unless blogger decides to close down)

Countless things have happened to me and the most tremendous & drastic happening is losing my beloved father. It has been 47 days since daddy was not around with us. I couldn't stop thinking of him, and reprimanding myself for not being able to cherish & value more time with him. I regretted. I hope daddy will forgive me for throwing temper at him; being so insensible and insensitive about our financial situation; spending and wasting so much money on redundant things. Although every time when I am alone I'll cry, I will tell myself to be strong. Although things turn out the way that we don't want it to be, I'll move on. There're many things in life that we could not control but there's one thing that I'm sure I can - Love my family x100 times than before.

Daddy, I'll be a good girl to mummy and study hard to get into a local university. I know what you wish for is not to grieve over you but to stay strong. I'll do that. I love you.

Now is my project period (again!). But luckily, I've better group mates this time round :) Hope we can achieve a better results than before. To be continued!

We have been struggling for MONTHS. With much optimism, I believe my dad will recover. Nevertheless, my mum told my sis one bad news yesterday. The doctor told my dad that he is going to give up treating him. (In other words, my dad has got no hope) And for god's sake which fucking doctor will say such DEMORALISING phrases to his patient!?! Can he even think how my dad feeels? My mum dares not share this to us as she's afraid we'll breakdown. I think we wouldn't, in fact we must have stronger will and determination. All my dad can do now is to rely on his own and chinese medicine.

Tuesday.. how shall I describe it. Went to Mt E in the morning and accompanied my dad the whole day. Although he didn't express it, I can tell that he's suffering; in pain. I shall keep mum since I don't want him to feel sad. The signal in that hosp. is bad, we can't watch the Channel U show at 7pm! Poor facility and service, shall complain someday!

Alice in Wonderland! Seems pretty boring to me when I saw the advertisement a few days back but since I have nothing to do at home, I went to watch it today (: Surprisingly it was better than I've expected. The graphics are splendid and Johnny Dep is as usual, funny and eccentric. Cheryl told me something amusing. Her mum says that he (J.Dep) looks better with heavy makeup on! That is true though. Oops, no offence.

First of all, I'm glad that I have gone through all these. I manage to score relatively well for my exams. Although, my GPA still drop, I'm satisfied with it. I have received unexpectedly strange results! Those that are I'm suppose to score well did badly and those I'm suppose to do badly scored well! Why the hell are these happening?! Despite concentrating and working so much for my psychology project, I only got a B. Disappointing..

And I finally understand that in polytechnic, you'll have to focus in lectures, complete your tutorials and definitely study hard for exams, ultimately you'll get your desired results. Study hard and play hard is the mission statement for poly isn't it! (:

I dreamt of 2012 last night. Not that I can see the future of 2012, but the movie 2012. All the scenes came up and I became the lead. The feeling was atrocious, I can feel the earth shaking and my heartbeat racing like it can't slow down. Just saw Jiajie's status on this topic too. Syl told me that she has a bad feeling about the world, and that if we ended our lives at 2012, it'll be a waste not to enjoy them.

No, I don't want it to happen.

With the current weather and natural disasters, we cannot deduce that we will be safe. Although I heard from my friend that geographer assures that such happenings (in the movie2012) will not occur in 2012, but they cannot account that it will not happen in 2013, 2020. I'm afraid that it will occur eventually, yet it is useless to be scared or be appalled. We have to know what are the causes of these natural disasters so as to prevent and keep them under control.

The earthquake in Chile that occur on 27Feb with massive magnitude of 8.8 caused much unfortune and destructions to the people. From the ScienceDaily news, the earthquake occurred where the Nazca tectonic plate was subducted under the South American plate, building pressure in the covergence zones. The movements of these plates are due to the crustal motion and deformation. How do we exactly stop the crust moving?

Putting that aside, the quake had triggered tsunami in Pacific Region. There will be more casualties by then. I wonder, the resources on Earth will soon be used up not because of the rapid development but due to these natural disasters. Resources destroyed during the destruction, resources used to aid the casualties, resources to build up the countries. (Haiti, Chile) Moreover, in some part of China, I saw the news that the ground can be use to boil water? Imagine the lava under the crust, must be boiling like nobody's business.

More importantly, the casualties are emotionally unstable after experiencing the disaster. Their homes are ruined; family&friends are separated/left; desperate for physiological needs. Even if they survived, they will not lived like before. Who would bear to see such tragedy?

Whatever it is, I hope and pray hard that the world will not end so soon and that we can live happily ever after! (:

The latest report was out and I almost cry out of joy. Everything is under control which makes me feel more at ease. Denying the fact that he's still gloomy, I want my life back. Not facing any tense atmosphere; not crying when I recalled all these; not believing anymore non-scientific myths which I can't help looking back.

Recently, I have started reading novels again. The latest I had just finished reading was Remember Me by Sophie Kinsella. Last Monday, I was recommending this novel to Jiajie and she updated me that a movie called Remember Me is coming out and is starring Robert Pattinson! I guess the stories are different because I caught a glance at the trailer and it looks foreign to me. Well, who cares! I'm going to watch this movie since my last movie was ... The spy next door. (:

In any case, I will do my best to work more and spend less. Our exam results will be released this Friday which I sincerely hope that my results will not drop too much although I studied really hard. Let us believe in ...

Sorry for not updating so long. This blog must be missing me :P I'm super busy with my projects (5 in total), blogshop (just opened), and tabletennis training. Because of IVP, our training resumed back to thrice a week which is like killing me. Always ended up going home late, tired, worn out. I didn't do my tutorials too which I'm feeling super uhh-unable-to-describe guilty.

Last paper today and my 12marks flew away. I'm freaking stupid to intrepret the question wrongly. Why am I so dumb? So what if I've studied so hard. This time round my grades will definitely fall, for sure.

Well, becus of that I was rather bad mood right after the test and I really wish to go home. But then, since we've alrdy decided to go out today, I shall not be a bad girl and back out last min. I totally didnt regret going out today cus I've so much fun and laughter.

The funny thing is that we waited for bus 7 at the busstop twice before we realise there isn't bus 7. Another cool thing that happen is that we're mentioning about henry cus we saw his cap and the next thing we saw is henry and his gf. (:

WORSE, someone just told me a BAD news. Which really dampens my mood :( Don't feel like studying and continuing for the rest of my papers.

2 weeks break after midsem tests. It's gonna be a great;exciting;wondeful break, fun-filled with econs proj, ob proj, bus stats proj, psycho proj and marketing proj! (Woooo, sound so exciting isn't it?) Ofcus, plus outings with wonderful classmateys and bestie-friends. :D

You seriously have no idea how much I hate group projs.. but it's freaking compulsory for us to graduate. I know I'm mean to like don't want ** to be in our group cus I've grp with ** last sem before and I really .. can say he's a free-rider. It's not wrong for me to do that either cus grp projs consist of 30% of my coursework. If you want to get a good gpa you need to do well in your coursework! I'm sure all of you wants that right? So why thinks that i'm the bad person that doesn't wants him? My other grp members also doesn't want him too. If he really contributes, or at least help out a little, during the OB tutorial the grp would have accepted him too right. Maybe you guys wouldn't understand or listen to any of the explanations. What can I say..

Some latest updates.

Finally get to rest for a few days after being a workaholic for the past few weeks. Pay out soon, I can see $$$. But then again, need to spend money on my bus concession & phone & clothes. Oh fyi, I bought a new phone alrdy :D Yay.

Ohyes, for the past few weeks, I realised nowadays kids are much more polite than teenagers/adults. Cus while I was working yesterday or the day before, I came across a mother bringing 2 kids for dinner. There's this ultra-duper cute girl, about 1yr old and her brother about 5-6yrs old? This mother was busy taking care of the little girl and to me, I think she somehow neglected the boy. Then as I served the food to thhis boy, he stared up and me, and I smiled back. Then I was really surprised to hear him saying, " Thankyou very much." Alright, maybe it may seem okay or common to some of you cus saying these words are simple and easy. However, I came across many other different customers and realised teenagers don't say thankyou & they wouldn't even look at you which I think is impolite or rather, rude. I still think that little boy is very polite, he'll be an intelligient guy in the future! (:

Anyway, one of my seniors told me something which I think will be helpful to me in the future or, present too. Although he claims that he has little experience in it, he sounded that he has been through alot. I've think about it and have make a decision. Hopefully it goes smoothly...

Today is just a short day in school. Took the comm skills mock test and headed to tamp safra with class to bowl (: Well, we waited for like one hr for our game to start? Becus it's crowded with students which includes pri & jc students. Meanwhile, the guys played a few rounds of pool games & we had a great chat there. I think boon's bowling style is like professional? But then Henry played better. I'm strengthless now. I want to try squash the next time. (Let's have another outing soon!)

Hello. Yeah, POL-ITE ended ytd and we got champion! (: Grats ppl. Although I didn't play well. Feel like a burdenn. I need to brush up my skills. But 2 matches that Syl & I played are like so wasted! Anw, hope I can play better next time. (Sorry!)

So, ytd we received our medals and camwhore alotalotalot. Photos everywhr haha. Went dinner & singing session with team last night till around 5am. Was fun! :D Will be looking forward to my class's singing session! x)

Anw I tried to play tennis ytd afternoon with leslie, boon & henry. I managed to smack one ball kay! So proud of it. (: Altho the rest of the balls I either hit out or net. Is so much diff to control the ball! Let's play bowling next week. :D

Gosh, I'm in a terrible state now. Both my legs got a BIG blister ): (Can see the flesh eh! Raw flesh!! Hahaha) I can't even walk properly now. Any idea why? Cus I wore my sneakers and run about during the captain's ball game. I even continued my training today. It hurts like hell. I hope it'll recover asap cus I still want to continue training ><

Anyway, Sports club on thurs evening was kind of fun. Get to know different people in the school :] Went to have dinner with some of them too.

Something really funny happenned this afternoon. Sylvia and me went to Cheers to get cup noodles for dinner. Then she bought an extra "cha ye dan" (Tea-flavoured egg?). So we sat down on the bench and she started unwrapping the egg. As she opened, she laughed at me, "Haha, you got no egg to go along with your noodle!" The next second, the egg flew off from the wrapper and landed on the floor. I CAN'T STOP LAUGHING! Hahahaha. That's a lesson for you, Sylvia! Hehe :X

Hello. Today I was almost late to attend the APEL tutorial. Haha, mainly becus I didnt watch out the time and I reached the parkway bus stop at around 12.15pm? Then I saw Nivesh at the bus stop. Yay. (But I know confirm late alrdy cus .. NIVESH leh.) Luckily the bus that we boarded were like flying rocket and we've reached school in an blink of an eye. Alright. Table tennis trial on Monday. (ytd) Sylvia & I were late becus we're having fun at pastamania that we've forgotten the time. We ordered only 2 pasta and we were given 2 Combos and 2 tiramisu. Nice. I just love the managers there :) Anyway. the trial is fine because we're sort of in the team alrdy. But I'm not sure about me, sylvia confirm. Haha.

Hello. Went for lessons from 9am to 6pm today. 3hrs of CSA Lab is definitely a torture for me without anything in my poor stomach. ): Anyway, had lunch with classmates today at Tmall PizzaHut :] Yes, although I ate pizza ytd at Pastamania but today I ate baked rice instead! POM lecture was niceee! Becus of the humorous lecturer (&his lame jokes) we simply can't stop laughing. But after that, BA lecture was sleeping time! Cannot absorb anything into my head therefore now I'm struggling with my tutorials. Wish me luck! :D

Yeah, went to watch movie today :] Today is rather disastrous cus of the poor weather. Spoil my day!! Supposely meeting Trevor to get our testimonial in school but I've got tutorial at 1pm and Trevor expects me to skip the tutorial. (I'm not implying that I'm angry.) Anyway, cabbed down to school and the thunderstorm just irritates me. Was totally drenched while walking to school. As I stepped into the tutorial class, my classmates were like, Wow! You're so drenched! Rushed to the toilet and dryed myself. (Anw, SuQi was with me all along :] )

Slacked in APEL tutorial cus it was kind of boring. And mainly becus of I was wet. Darn. Later on was POM tutorial. Quite interesting :D

Went Tampines Mall for movie & dinner at Pastamania. Heh.

Hello. Yes, my class is rather fine cus we did chat and talk ah.Haha, also did projects. After attending several lectures and tutorials, we have assignments to do alrdy! My brain turned rusty after 4 months of break. I can't think properly. Hehe. Anyway, today is a sick day. Cus it's my first day then i got stomach cramp ): Then on the bus I felt like fainting then cannot stand straight then my ears cannot hear everything then I shocked seh. So headed home straight away cus as feeling nauseous too. ): Ohmygod lah, so long nvr fell sick.

Anyway, I've started school nehs. The orientation was fine. Regatta is like so cool! But everyone was like so quiet and shy x) (ME TOO.)

3. Shop-dinner with YingQi. (Did some crazy stuff too while shopping ><)
4. Work-joke alotalot with Pastamania ppl esp Pam. (LOL, they must have been realised my laughing point is super low)

Somehow I wonder what I'm supposed to do. It seems like a fairytale to me. It's so unreal. Hahs. Okay dokey. GET OVER IT !! :D

I treated Mum, Dad and Bro to Ajisen today. It costs $58++. Will treat my sis next time! :] so currently I'm waiting for my next pay since I'm penniless now. $_$

I've decided not to buy laptop first. Will rather buy clothings and bags first! HEH :]

Hello. Was wondering if today is consider as a good day because...

Firstly, I reached Tmall at 9.30am. (I thought I was late.) When I reached there, there wasnt any ppl from service crew, just a few kitchen staff. So I thought Kathy would some soon after. Later she smsed me and told me she'll be late and she told me what I'm supposed to do. (Cus this was my first time opening) Was abit sad at first but later gotten plenty and plenty of help from the kitchen staff! :D Thankyou.

Next, Kathy came and I was assigned as cashier..... so normal things happen until Lam came. Got sort of scolded by him for some stupid mistake that I've made. Lol. And also by Pamela for giving free cheese to a customer. (I think that customer saw one of our staff taking thus she got it from me.) Lol.

But after those, Lam did not scold me anymore which was quite surprising. Cus he seems to be a good mood. Later, a kitchen staff told me becus he won first prize in lottery that's why he's so happy today. LOL.

Then later, he came earlier than his working time. (I wonder why ....) Then he asked 2 other staff to call me and .. arghh . I feel so irritated AGAIN. Gosh. Why can't he just treat me like others? -.- But anyway, I dun care anymore. This is just too much I can handle.

Back from Uncle's Wedding ! :D Super nice & fun. But most of the time I did there was just sleeping! I dunno why but I feel so tired there. Haha. And also, I ate super lot. During the night buffet, morning breakfast, and of cus during the wedding dinner where nobody at my table touched the food. So now, I'm seriously going on a diet :]

Hello. Went to school for training on Monday with Sylvia. The school is like a maze. We took more than 15mins to look for a toilet. Like lol! Yes, I need to train moree. Afterwards I went to work. Have been a cashier for the past few days. Hah.

It was last Thurs? or Friday. When I took the last Bus 31 home. I was enjoying my Nineteen Minutes as it reached to the climax, I was so engrossed to it. Just then, I happened to glanced up to the TV Mobile and saw a shocking news : "Germany gunman shot 15 ppl in a school. " Omg.

Anyone who read Nineteen Minutes before must be shocked. Because that was what exactly the story was about. A guy who shot 10ppl down in his own high school.

I immediately stared back to my own book. Prayed that the gunman didnt read this before ...

Heh, got scolded by managers yesterday. ): Cus I was new being a cashier definitely will be slow in typing whattt. Forget it. Treat em' as one of the experience mans. GoodDay today cus FishnCO. :D Wooo. Later on, we went swimming :] I'm getting darker and darker till .. who knows?

Yeah! Finally rented Nineteen Minutes and Change of Hearts from Sans Bookshop. Like finally I can finish reading them since I read halfway Nineteen minutes last year ..... Sept??? I'm not very sure but well, at least I can have some things to do other than using the com and going to work :] Darn, my brain cannot work well nowadays. It turned RUSTY. Yes, really rusty! Simple maths calculation and I could not work them out! Cus, I counted wrong money while attending to a customer. HAHA. That's saddening.
